附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of Acts as amended by the provisions of Article 20 (excluding the provision amending Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Tuberculosis Prevention Act) and Article 28 apply to the national burden or subsidies (including prefectural subsidies pertaining to those national subsidies; the same applies hereinafter) pertaining to the budgets for fiscal year 1986 and later fiscal years, and for the national burden or subsidies pertaining to the expenditure budgets for fiscal year 1985 and earlier fiscal years that have been carried over to fiscal year 1986 or later fiscal years, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二十条（結核予防法附則第八項の改正規定を除く。）及び第二十八条の規定による改正後の法律の規定は、昭和六十一年度以降の年度の予算に係る国の負担又は補助（当該国の補助に係る都道府県の補助を含む。以下同じ。）について適用し、昭和六十年度以前の年度の歳出予算に係る国の負担又は補助で昭和六十一年度以降の年度に繰り越されたものについては、なお従前の例による。
