The Organization collects young-old payments and contributions for administrative expenses related to the young-old (hereinafter referred to as "young-old payments, etc.") from Insurers each fiscal year in order to cover the expenses required for the services listed in Article 139, paragraph (1), item (i) and the handling of affairs relating to the services.
機構は、第百三十九条第一項第一号に掲げる業務及び当該業務に関する事務の処理に要する費用に充てるため、年度ごとに、保険者から、前期高齢者納付金及び前期高齢者関係事務費拠出金（以下「前期高齢者納付金等」という。）を徴収する。
