When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare finds that a user of anonymized medical data is in violation of any of the provisions of Articles 16-3 through 16-6, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may order the person to take necessary measures to rectify the violation.
厚生労働大臣は、匿名医療保険等関連情報利用者が第十六条の三から第十六条の六までの規定に違反していると認めるときは、その者に対し、当該違反を是正するため必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
