Supplementary Provisions, Article 27, paragraph (1)Added
The provisions of Article 138-2 of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by the provisions of Article 9 apply to cases in which, on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (vii) of the Supplementary Provisions, it comes to be the case that documents listed in the lower column of the table in Article 138-2, paragraph (1) of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 9 are to be submitted pursuant to the provisions listed in the middle column of that table.
第九条の規定による改正後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第百三十八条の二の規定は、附則第一条第七号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に第九条の規定による改正後の同法第百三十八条の二第一項の表の中欄に掲げる規定により同表の下欄に掲げる書類を提出すべき場合に該当することとなる場合について適用する。
