第八条（障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律等の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A disposition, procedure or other act carried out pursuant to the provisions of the Former Disabilities Employment Act (excluding Article 54) or the Former Elderly Employment Act (excluding Article 34) is deemed to be a disposition, procedure or other act carried out pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the General Rules Act, this Act, the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities as amended by the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, or the Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article.
旧障害者雇用促進法（第五十四条を除く。）又は旧高年齢者等雇用安定法（第三十四条を除く。）の規定によりした処分、手続その他の行為は、通則法、この法律、附則第六条の規定による改正後の障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律又は前条の規定による改正後の高年齢者等の雇用の安定等に関する法律中の相当する規定によりした処分、手続その他の行為とみなす。
