Article 97Measures That Contribute to Instructions on Investment by Participants or Instructors
第九十七条（加入者等の運用の指図に資する措置）
A defined contribution pension operational management institution may take necessary measures, such as providing basic materials on investment of assets under the provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73), as entrusted by the employer or the Association.
確定拠出年金運営管理機関は、事業主又は連合会の委託を受けて、第二十二条第一項（第七十三条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による資産の運用に関する基礎的な資料の提供その他の必要な措置を行うことができる。
