Article 65Designation of a Defined Contribution Pension Plan Operational Management Institution
第六十五条（確定拠出年金運営管理機関の指定）
A participant or instructor of an individual-type pension plan is to designate or change the designation of the defined contribution pension plan operational management institution that is to provide operational management services relating to that person, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
個人型年金加入者等は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、自己に係る運営管理業務を行う確定拠出年金運営管理機関を指定し、又はその指定を変更するものとする。
