Pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare a corporate-type pension plan investment-related operational management institution, etc. must provide participants or instructors of a corporate-type pension plan with information that is necessary for them to give instructions on investment referred to in Article 25, paragraph (1), such as the expected return and the risk of loss, with regard to the investment methods presented pursuant to the provisions of Article 23, paragraph (1).
企業型運用関連運営管理機関等は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、第二十三条第一項の規定により提示した運用の方法について、これに関する利益の見込み及び損失の可能性その他の企業型年金加入者等が第二十五条第一項の運用の指図を行うために必要な情報を、当該企業型年金加入者等に提供しなければならない。
