Pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare an instructor of a corporate-type pension plan must report the name and address and other matters thereof to the corporate-type pension plan records-related operational management institution (including the employer that provides records-related services; hereinafter referred to as the "corporate-type pension plan records-related operational management institution, etc.").
企業型年金運用指図者は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、氏名及び住所その他の事項を企業型記録関連運営管理機関（記録関連業務を行う事業主を含む。以下「企業型記録関連運営管理機関等」という。）に申し出なければならない。
