Article 36Application Mutatis Mutandis of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act
第三十六条（金融商品取引法の準用）
The provisions of Chapter IX of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply mutatis mutandis to cases involving the offenses prescribed in Article 25 and item (i) of the preceding Article that relate to the acts set forth in the items of Article 22, paragraph (6).
