When a specified business operator carries out with a customer a funds transfer transaction pertaining to a payment from Japan to a foreign country (excluding a country or region specified by Cabinet Order; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) (excluding one by a method specified by Cabinet Order, such as issuance of a check) and entrusts that payment to another specified business operator or a foreign-based exchange transaction operator (excluding one located in the country or region specified by Cabinet Order; the same applies hereinafter in this Article), it must do so by notifying them of the identification data on that customer and on the other party to that customer's payment and other matters specified by order of the competent ministry.
特定事業者は、顧客と本邦から外国（政令で定める国又は地域を除く。以下この条において同じ。）へ向けた支払に係る為替取引（小切手の振出しその他の政令で定める方法によるものを除く。）を行う場合において、当該支払を他の特定事業者又は外国所在為替取引業者（当該政令で定める国又は地域に所在するものを除く。以下この条において同じ。）に委託するときは、当該顧客及び当該顧客の支払の相手方に係る本人特定事項その他の事項で主務省令で定めるものを通知して行わなければならない。

特定事業者は、他の特定事業者から前項又はこの項の規定による通知を受けて本邦から外国へ向けた支払の委託又は再委託を受けた場合において、当該支払を他の特定事業者又は外国所在為替取引業者に再委託するときは、当該通知に係る事項を通知して行わなければならない。
