If the certification under Article 13, paragraph (1), the renewal of the validity period under Article 17, paragraph (2), or the authorization under Article 19, paragraph (3) or Article 20, paragraph (3) is obtained through deception or other wrongful means, the person who committed the violation is subject to a fine of not more than one million yen.
A person that has disclosed confidential information obtained during the course of providing services related to the right to demand an injunction, in violation of Article 25 is subject to a fine of not more than one million yen.
