Supplementary Provisions, Article 23Transitional Measures Concerning Court Proceedings in a Trial with a Statutory-Limited Duration

第二十三条（法定審理期間訴訟手続に関する経過措置）

The provisions of Part VII of the Code of Civil Procedure After the Article 2 Amendment apply to cases pertaining to an action that are filed on or after the Effective Date.

第二条改正後民事訴訟法第七編の規定は、訴えに係る事件であって施行日以後に提起されるものについて、適用する。
