Supplementary Provisions, Article 22Transitional Measures Concerning the Rendition of Judgment in a Small Claims Action, Etc.
第二十二条（少額訴訟の判決の言渡し等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 374, paragraph (2) and Article 378, paragraph (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure After the Article 2 Amendment apply to the rendition of judgment in a small claims action that is filed on or after the Effective Date and to the filing of an objection against the final judgment, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the rendition of judgment in a small claims action that was filed before the Effective Date and the filing of an objection against the final judgment.
第二条改正後民事訴訟法第三百七十四条第二項及び第三百七十八条第一項の規定は、施行日以後に提起される少額訴訟の判決の言渡し及び終局判決に対する異議申立てについて適用し、施行日前に提起された少額訴訟の判決の言渡し及び終局判決に対する異議申立てについては、なお従前の例による。
