第二十一条（手形訴訟及び小切手訴訟における口頭弁論を経ない却下又は異議の申立てに関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 355, paragraph (2) and Article 357 of the Code of Civil Procedure After the Article 2 Amendment (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 367, paragraph (2) of the Code of Civil Procedure After the Article 2 Amendment) apply to the denial of an action without oral arguments and to the filing of an objection against the final judgment in an action on a bill or note or action on a check that is filed on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the denial of an action without oral arguments and the filing of an objection against the final judgment in an action on a bill or note or action on a check that was filed before the Effective Date.
第二条改正後民事訴訟法第三百五十五条第二項及び第三百五十七条（これらの規定を第二条改正後民事訴訟法第三百六十七条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、施行日以後に提起される手形訴訟及び小切手訴訟における口頭弁論を経ない訴えの却下及び終局判決に対する異議申立てについて適用し、施行日前に提起された手形訴訟及び小切手訴訟における口頭弁論を経ない訴えの却下及び終局判決に対する異議申立てについては、なお従前の例による。
