第四条（経過措置）
With regard to civil enforcement cases for which a petition was filed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前に申し立てられた民事執行の事件については、なお従前の例による。
An enforcement measure or other act taken before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure prior to its amendment under the provisions of the preceding Article or the provisions of the Auction Act prior to its repeal under the provisions of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed, for the purpose of the application of this Act, to be an enforcement measure or other act taken pursuant to the corresponding provisions of this Act.
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding two paragraphs, the matters necessary for the handling of cases that are pending before a court or being handled by a court enforcement officer at the time this Act comes into effect are prescribed by the Rules of the Supreme Court.
前二項に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行の際、現に裁判所に係属し、又は執行官が取り扱つている事件の処理に関し必要な事項は、最高裁判所規則で定める。
