Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
A person who intends to obtain a license under Article 5, paragraph (1) or Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Act on Regulation of Cannabis Cultivation as Amended by Article 2, permission under the proviso to Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Act on Regulation of Cannabis Cultivation as Amended by Article 2, or the issuance of a certificate under Article 20 of the Act on Regulation of Cannabis Cultivation as Amended by Article 2 may apply for that license, permission or issuance of a certificate to the prefectural governor or the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, even before the item (ii) Effective Date, in accordance with those provisions.
第二条改正後大麻法第五条第一項若しくは第十三条第一項の免許、第二条改正後大麻法第十九条第一項ただし書の許可又は第二条改正後大麻法第二十条の証明書の交付を受けようとする者は、第二号施行日前においても、これらの規定の例により、都道府県知事又は厚生労働大臣に対し、これらの免許、許可又は証明書の交付を申請することができる。
