Article 52-60-38Prohibition on Solicitation by Foreign Electronic Payment Handling Service Providers
第五十二条の六十の三十八（外国電子決済等取扱業者の勧誘の禁止）
A foreign electronic payment handling service provider that has not obtained the registration referred to in Article 52-60-3 must not solicit a person in Japan for the actions set forth in the items of Article 2, paragraph (17) or actions equivalent to those actions.
第五十二条の六十の三の登録を受けていない外国電子決済等取扱業者は、国内にある者に対して、第二条第十七項各号に掲げる行為又はこれらに相当する行為の勧誘をしてはならない。
