Article 52-61Technical Replacement of Terms in Applying the Provisions of This Act to Foreign Corporations
第五十二条の六十一（外国法人に対するこの法律の規定の適用に当たつての技術的読替え等）
Cabinet Order prescribes technical replacements of terms for applying this Act to an electronic payment handling service provider that is a foreign corporation, and other necessary particulars for applying the provisions of this Act to the foreign corporation.
電子決済等取扱業者が外国法人である場合におけるこの法律の規定の適用に当たつての技術的読替えその他当該外国法人に対するこの法律の規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
