In the case falling under any of the following items, the person who committed the violation is punished by a fine of 300,000 yen or less:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
if Article 8 or Article 9-3, paragraph (1) or (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 9-5, paragraph (3) and Article 10-2, paragraph (4)) is violated;
if a person fails to make a report under Article 23-2, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 23-3, paragraph (1)) or Article 82-2, paragraph (1); makes a false report thereunder; refuses, obstructs, or evades an inspection under those provisions; fails to respond to questions under those provisions; or falsely responds to the same;
第二十三条の二第一項（第二十三条の三第一項において準用する場合を含む。）又は第八十二条の二第一項の規定による報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、又はこれらの規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避し、若しくはこれらの規定による質問に対して答弁せず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をしたとき。
if a person fails to give notice under Article 23-17, paragraph (4) or Article 23-21, paragraph (3), or gives false notice;
第二十三条の十七第四項又は第二十三条の二十一第三項の規定による通知をせず、又は虚偽の通知をしたとき。
if a person fails to submit a report or materials under Article 28-4, paragraph (3) or submits a false report or materials thereunder.
第二十八条の四第三項の規定による報告若しくは資料の提出をせず、又は虚偽の報告若しくは資料の提出をしたとき。
