Article 5Compulsory Conclusion of a Contract for the Liability Insurance or Mutual Liability Insurance
第五条（責任保険又は責任共済の契約の締結強制）
An automobile must not be put into operational use unless a contract for automobile liability insurance (hereinafter referred to as "liability insurance") or mutual automobile liability insurance (hereinafter referred to as "mutual liability insurance") as provided in this Act has been concluded for that automobile.
