Any following action and case is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court:
次に掲げる訴訟及び事件は、東京地方裁判所の管轄に専属する。

排除措置命令等に係る行政事件訴訟法第三条第一項に規定する抗告訴訟
any case provided for in Article 70-4, paragraph (1), Article 70-5, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 97, and Article 98.
