Article 9Support by the National Government, Local Public Entities, Relevant Business Operators, etc.
第九条（国、地方公共団体、関係事業者等の支援）
The national government and local public entities must endeavor to provide persons targeted by stalking, etc. with support through Women's Consultation and Support Centers and other appropriate facilities and support for stays in private facilities, and to give consideration to their moving into public rental housing.
国及び地方公共団体は、ストーカー行為等の相手方に対する女性相談支援センターその他適切な施設による支援、民間の施設における滞在についての支援及び公的賃貸住宅への入居についての配慮に努めなければならない。
A relevant business operator that has provided services relating to stalking, etc. is to endeavor, at the request of the person targeted by that stalking, etc., to take measures to prevent that stalking, etc. from being engaged in, and to take other such action.
ストーカー行為等に係る役務の提供を行った関係事業者は、当該ストーカー行為等の相手方からの求めに応じて、当該ストーカー行為等が行われることを防止するための措置を講ずること等に努めるものとする。
If stalking, etc. is being engaged in, the residents of the area in which that stalking, etc. is being engaged in, and persons who employ the person targeted by that stalking, etc. and the heads of schools that the person targeted attends, are to endeavor to assist the person targeted.
ストーカー行為等が行われている場合には、当該ストーカー行為等が行われている地域の住民並びに当該ストーカー行為等の相手方を雇用する者及び当該相手方が就学する学校の長は、当該相手方に対する援助に努めるものとする。
