Before starting its business, a private lodging intermediary must set the fees for the private lodging intermediary services that it receives from lodgers or private lodging business operators in accordance with the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and must make a public notice on these fees pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The same applies if the private lodging intermediary seeks to change them.
A private lodging intermediary must not receive fees in excess of the fees for which it has made a public notice pursuant to the preceding paragraph.
