Article 17Special Provisions on the Return of Special Permanent Resident Certificates
第十七条（特別永住者証明書の返納の特則）
The return of a special permanent resident certificate pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (3) of the Act as applied with replacement of terms pursuant to Article 16-2, paragraph (15) of the Act is to be made by sending it by mail or by correspondence delivery.
法第十六条の二第十五項において読み替えて適用される法第十六条第三項の規定による特別永住者証明書の返納は、郵便又は信書便により送付する方法により行うものとする。
