Beyond what is set forth in this Act, any provisions that need to be made in order for this Act to be put into effect are made by Cabinet Office Order.
This names a provision as it read when this amending Act was made. It may have been amended since, so today's text can say something else. That is why it is not a link. This names a law that is not in this collection, so there is nothing here to open.We could not tell which provision this names, so it is not a link.

Japanese Law Translation, Ministry of Justice
Translates the law as amended by Act No. 71 of 2014 (平成二十六年法律第七十一号)
The day a law or an amendment starts to apply. It is often months or years after promulgation, so that people have time to prepare. The Ministry of Justice's English usually says a law "comes into force" or "comes into effect", and sometimes calls the day its "enforcement date". Its "enforcement" more often means the word's other sense, carrying a law out, as in an Order for Enforcement (施行令), the Cabinet Order (政令) that sets out the details for carrying out an Act.
