Article 9Inspection of Record of the Case Related to the Proceeding Carried Out by the Court
第九条（裁判所が行う手続に係る事件の記録の閲覧等）

Any person that has an interest in the proceeding carried out by a court pursuant to the provisions of this Act may file a request with the court clerk in regard to the following matters:
この法律の規定により裁判所が行う手続について利害関係を有する者は、裁判所書記官に対し、次に掲げる事項を請求することができる。

reproduction of a record which is created in an electronic form, a magnetic form, or any other form that cannot be perceived by the human senses that is included in the records of the case;

delivery of an authenticated copy, transcript, or extract of the record of the case; and
事件の記録の正本、謄本又は抄本の交付
