第八条（検討）
When three years have elapsed since enforcement of this Act, and when the government finds it necessary while taking into account the status of enforcement of the New Act, the government is to review the provisions of the New Act and take necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を経過した場合において、新法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
