第三条（検討）
Approximately three years after this Act comes into effect, a review of the provisions of the New Act is to be conducted by taking into consideration the status of the enforcement of the New Act, and necessary measures are to be taken based on the results of that review.
新法の規定については、この法律の施行後三年を目途として、新法の施行状況等を勘案し、検討が加えられ、その結果に基づいて必要な措置が講ぜられるものとする。
