第十三条（介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業等に関する経過措置）
A person who was conducting, on the day before the item (iii) Effective Date, a business listed in the upper column of the following table is deemed to have received, on the item (iii) Effective Date, the designation specified in the lower column of that table; provided, however, that this does not apply if that person has made a different notification, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, by the day before the item (iii) Effective Date.
| A person who conducts the business of Home-Visit Service for Preventive Long-Term Care and has received the designation under the main clause of Article 53, paragraph (1) of the item (iii) Pre-amendment Long-Term Care Insurance Act | Designation as a Designated Provider under Article 115-45-3, paragraph (1) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act pertaining to the category 1 home-visit project under Article 115-45, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act |
| A person who conducts the business of Outpatient Preventive Long-Term Care and has received the designation under the main clause of Article 53, paragraph (1) of the item (iii) Pre-amendment Long-Term Care Insurance Act | Designation as a Designated Provider under Article 115-45-3, paragraph (1) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act pertaining to the category 1 day service project under Article 115-45, paragraph (1), item (i), (b) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act |
| A person who conducts the business of Preventive Long-Term Care Support and has received the designation under Article 58, paragraph (1) of the item (iii) Pre-amendment Long-Term Care Insurance Act | Designation as a Designated Provider under Article 115-45-3, paragraph (1) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act pertaining to the category 1 Preventive Long-Term Care Support project under Article 115-45, paragraph (1), item (i), (d) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act |
第三号施行日の前日において次の表の上欄に掲げる事業を行う者であった者は、第三号施行日において同表の下欄に定める指定を受けたものとみなす。ただし、当該者が第三号施行日の前日までに、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより別段の申出をしたときは、この限りでない。
