The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may entrust all or part of the affairs concerning the investigation and analysis prescribed in Article 118-2, paragraph (1) and the use or provision pursuant to the provisions of Article 118-3, paragraph (1) to the Organization, etc.
厚生労働大臣は、第百十八条の二第一項に規定する調査及び分析並びに第百十八条の三第一項の規定による利用又は提供に係る事務の全部又は一部を機構等に委託することができる。
