The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, when finding that a user of anonymized long-term care insurance-related information is in violation of the provisions of Articles 118-4 through 118-7, may order that person to take measures necessary to correct the violation.
厚生労働大臣は、匿名介護保険等関連情報利用者が第百十八条の四から第百十八条の七までの規定に違反していると認めるときは、その者に対し、当該違反を是正するため必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
