Supplementary Provisions, Article 24Transitional Measures Concerning Stays of Enforcement
第二十四条（執行停止に関する経過措置）
With regard to a judicial decision on a petition for a stay of enforcement filed before the New Act comes into effect (excluding a petition for a stay of enforcement concerning a payment order to which a declaration of provisional enforceability has been attached), the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 398 and 399 of the New Act.
新法の施行前にした執行停止の申立て（仮執行の宣言を付した支払命令に関する執行停止の申立てを除く。）に係る裁判については、新法第三百九十八条及び第三百九十九条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
