Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures Concerning the Effect of a Party's Non-Compliance with an Order to Submit a Document, etc.
第十五条（当事者が文書提出命令に従わない場合等の効果に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 224, paragraph (3) of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis under the New Act) do not apply if a party fails to comply with an order to submit a document (including an object prescribed in Article 231 of the New Act; the same applies below in this Article) or an order to submit an object for inspection that was issued before the New Act comes into effect, or if a party has made unusable, before the New Act comes into effect, a document or object for inspection that the party is obliged to submit.
新法第二百二十四条第三項（新法において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、当事者が、新法の施行前にした文書（新法第二百三十一条に規定する物件を含む。以下この条において同じ。）の提出の命令又は検証の目的の提示の命令に従わない場合及び提出又は提示の義務がある文書又は検証の目的を新法の施行前に使用することができないようにした場合には、適用しない。
