Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2020; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the date specified in the respective items.
この法律は、令和二年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
In Article 1, the provision revising Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act, the provision deleting the heading of Article 36 of that Act, the provisions revising Article 48 and Article 54 of that Act, and the provisions revising Article 4, Article 5, Article 10, and Article 11-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act; and the provisions of Article 10, Article 26, and Article 28 through Article 32 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day of promulgation.
