第四十一条（保険者の合併等の場合における前期高齢者交付金等の額の特例）
Cabinet Order provides for special provisions for the calculation of the amount of Young-Old Subsidies and Young-Old Payments pertaining to an Insurer incorporated as a result of a merger or split, an Insurer surviving a merger or split, or an Insurer succeeding to the rights and obligations of a dissolved Insurer.
