An Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (1), Article 20, Article 21, paragraph (1), Articles 22 through 25, Article 26, paragraph (2), Article 27, paragraphs (3) and (4), and Article 28 must be in harmony with the health checkup guidelines prescribed in Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Health Promotion Act.
