A person who has been entrusted with the implementation of Special health examinations, etc., by Insurers pursuant to the provisions of Article 28 (if the person is a corporation, its officers) or its employees, or a person who used to be any of these persons must not, without justifiable grounds, divulge any personal secrets that have come to their knowledge in the course of the implementation.
