When providing specified health guidance pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, Insurers must maintain records concerning the specified health guidance pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The same applies when receiving records concerning specified health guidance pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the following Article or when receiving a copy of records concerning specified health guidance or health guidance provided by Article 125, paragraph (1) pursuant to the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (4).
