Insurers, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must notify a member who has undergone a Special health examinations of the results of the Special health examinations. The same applies where records concerning the Special health examinations have been sent pursuant to the provisions of Article 26, paragraph (2).
