When Insurers have conducted special health examinations pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, they must preserve the records concerning the special health examinations pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The same applies when they have been provided with a copy of the record of the results of an examination equivalent to a special health examination, or sent the records concerning special health examinations, pursuant to the provisions of the proviso to the same Article, or when they have been provided with a copy of the records concerning special health examinations, the health checkup prescribed in Article 125, paragraph (1) or medical checkups pursuant to the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (4).
