A Medical Fee Review Committee for Old-Old Healthcare is established within the NHI Federations in order to review medical bills as entrusted pursuant to the provisions of Article 70, paragraph (4).
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a NHI federation with a review committee as prescribed in Article 87 of the National Health Insurance Act may have the review committee review medical bills pertaining to medical care for the elderly.
前項の規定にかかわらず、国民健康保険法第八十七条に規定する審査委員会を置く国保連合会は、当該審査委員会において後期高齢者医療に係る診療報酬請求書の審査を行うことができる。
