If any of the following items applies, the person who has committed the act of violation is subject to punishment by imprisonment for not more than six months, a fine of not more than 500,000 yen, or both:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、六月以下の拘禁刑若しくは五十万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
a person fails to indicate a particular prescribed in Article 37, paragraph (1) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as Applied Mutatis Mutandis or gives a false indication;
準用金融商品取引法第三十七条第一項に規定する事項を表示せず、又は虚偽の表示をしたとき。
a person violates the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (2) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as Applied Mutatis Mutandis;
準用金融商品取引法第三十七条第二項の規定に違反したとき。
a person violates the provisions of Article 37-3, paragraph (1) (excluding item (vi); the same applies hereinafter in this item) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as Applied Mutatis Mutandis and fails to provide the information under the provisions of that paragraph (limited to that pertaining to the matters set forth in the items of that paragraph; the same applies hereinafter in this item), or provides false information;
準用金融商品取引法第三十七条の三第一項（第六号を除く。以下この号において同じ。）の規定に違反して、同項の規定による情報（同項各号に掲げる事項に係るものに限る。以下この号において同じ。）の提供をせず、又は虚偽の情報の提供をしたとき。
a person violates the provisions of Article 37-4 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as Applied Mutatis Mutandis and fails to provide the information under the provisions of that Article, or provides false information;
準用金融商品取引法第三十七条の四の規定に違反して、同条の規定による情報の提供をせず、又は虚偽の情報の提供をしたとき。
a person fails to report or submit a material pursuant to the provisions of Article 52-60-33, paragraph (1) or Article 52-61-27, paragraph (1) or gives a false report or submits a materials, or fails to answer a question from the relevant official pursuant to those provisions, falsely answers such a question, or refuses, interferes with, or avoids an inspection pursuant to those provisions.
第五十二条の六十の三十三第一項若しくは第五十二条の六十一の二十七第一項の規定による報告若しくは資料の提出をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告若しくは資料の提出をし、又はこれらの規定による当該職員の質問に対して答弁をせず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をし、若しくはこれらの規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避したとき。
