第五十二条の十六（外国銀行主要株主に対する法律の適用関係）
The special provisions and technical replacements of terms for applying this Act to the holder of a number of voting rights in a bank which is equal to or greater than the major shareholder threshold when the holder is a foreign national or foreign corporation (hereinafter referred to as a "bank's foreign major shareholder" in this Article), and other necessary matters for the application of the provisions of this Act to a bank's foreign major shareholder are specified by Cabinet Order.
