A person who has, in violation of the provisions of Article 202, used or provided the information referred to in that Article for a purpose other than the purpose prescribed in that Article is punished by a non-penal fine of not more than three hundred thousand yen.
The same applies to a person who has, in violation of the provisions of Article 210, paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of that Article (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 167-17, paragraph (5) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 193, paragraph (2))), used or provided the information referred to in these provisions for a purpose other than the purpose prescribed in these provisions.
第二百十条第一項の規定又は同条第二項（第百六十七条の十七第五項（第百九十三条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）において準用する場合を含む。）の規定に違反して、これらの規定の情報をこれらの規定に規定する目的以外の目的のために利用し、又は提供した者も、前項と同様とする。
