Article 120Voidance Proceedings for a Compulsory Auction If Confiscation of a Ship's Papers Is Not Possible
第百二十条（船舶国籍証書等の取上げができない場合の強制競売の手続の取消し）
If a court enforcement officer is unable to confiscate a ship's papers within two weeks from the day on which an order commencing compulsory auction proceedings is issued, the enforcement court must cancel the proceedings for the compulsory auction.
執行官が強制競売の開始決定の発せられた日から二週間以内に船舶国籍証書等を取り上げることができないときは、執行裁判所は、強制競売の手続を取り消さなければならない。
