The scope of wages paid in a form other than currency that are to be included in the wages under Article 2, paragraph (2) of the Act is, in addition to the benefits of meals, clothing and housing, as determined by the Director of the Labor Standards Office Concerned or the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office Concerned.
