別表第６労働保険料の額から非業務災害率に応ずる部分の額を減じた額の増減表（第３５条関係）

The ratio of the amount obtained by adding the amount of special payments under the provisions of the Special Payment Rules that relate to occupational accidents (excluding the amount of special lump-sum payments for surviving family paid to a person with the right to receive lump-sum compensation payments for surviving family paid in the case under and the amount relating to persons listed in column 4 of the table in Article 17-2) to the amount of insurance benefits relating to occupational accidents under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act (excluding the amount of lump-sum compensation payments for surviving family paid in the case under and the amount relating to persons listed in column 4 of the table in Article 17-2) to the amount obtained by multiplying, by the Class I adjustment rate under Article 19-2 in the case falling under Article 20, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act, or by the Class II adjustment rate under Article 35-2 in the case falling under Article 20, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act, the amount obtained by adding the amount obtained by subtracting the portion corresponding to the special enrollment non-industrial injury rate from the amount of final insurance premiums for Class I special enrollment insurance premiums to the amount obtained by subtracting the portion corresponding to the non-industrial injury rate from the amount of final insurance premiums for general insurance premiums (limited to the portion corresponding to the industrial accident insurance rate)Ratio of increase or decrease to the amount obtained by subtracting the portion corresponding to the non-industrial injury rate from the amount of final insurance premiums for general insurance premiums (limited to the portion corresponding to the industrial accident insurance rate), or to the amount obtained by subtracting the portion corresponding to the special enrollment non-industrial injury rate from the amount of final insurance premiums for Class I special enrollment insurance premiums

労災保険法の規定による業務災害に関する保険給付の額（労災保険法第１６条の６第１項第２号の場合に支給される遺族補償一時金及び第１７条の２の表の第４欄に掲げる者に係るものの額を除く。）に特別支給金規則の規定による特別支給金で業務災害に係るものの額（労災保険法第１６条の６第１項第２号の場合に支給される遺族補償一時金の受給権者に支給される遺族特別一時金及び第１７条の２の表の第４欄に掲げる者に係るものの額を除く。）を加えた額と一般保険料に係る確定保険料の額（労災保険率に応ずる部分の額に限る。）から非業務災害率に応ずる部分の額を減じた額に第１種特別加入保険料に係る確定保険料の額から特別加入非業務災害率に応ずる部分の額を減じた額を加えた額に、法第２０条第１項第１号に該当する場合にあつては第１９条の２の第１種調整率を、法第２０条第１項第２号に該当する場合にあつては第３５条の２の第２種調整率を乗じて得た額との割合一般保険料に係る確定保険料の額（労災保険率に応ずる部分の額に限る。）から非業務災害率に応ずる部分の額を減じた額又は第１種特別加入保険料に係る確定保険料の額から特別加入非業務災害率に応ずる部分の額を減じた額に対する増減の割合
