第三条（免許に関する経過措置）
A license granted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 72 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act before its amendment is deemed to have been granted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 72 of the new Act.
この法律の施行前に改正前の労働安全衛生法第七十二条第一項の規定によりされた免許は、新法第七十二条第一項の規定によりされた免許とみなす。
