Local governments, relevant organizations, silver human resources centers prescribed in Article 37, paragraph (2), employer organizations, persons engaged in work related to elderly persons, and other relevant persons may organize a council to share information on local issues concerning the securing of diverse job opportunities for elderly persons and promotion of closer collaboration, while discussing necessary matters concerning a local plan for securing job opportunities for elderly persons and other measures for the securing of diverse job opportunities for elderly persons in accordance with the actual circumstances in the area.
地方公共団体、関係機関、第三十七条第二項に規定するシルバー人材センター、事業主団体、高年齢者の就業に関連する業務に従事する者その他の関係者は、高年齢者の多様な就業の機会の確保に関する地域の課題について情報を共有し、連携の緊密化を図るとともに、地域高年齢者就業機会確保計画に関し必要な事項その他地域の実情に応じた高年齢者の多様な就業の機会の確保の方策について協議を行うための協議会を組織することができる。
Concerning the particulars discussed at the council set forth in the preceding paragraph, the members of the council must respect the outcomes of the discussions.
前項の協議会において協議が調つた事項については、当該協議会の構成員は、その協議の結果を尊重しなければならない。
